I stopped in for information and had the most satisfying & educational experience that I've ever had shopping for technology! Savannah was my sales Rep, she was very patient and answered any and all questions that I had about any phone and not just the prices, she really knew the ins & outs, ups & downs of her products! She listened to my concerns with service coverage being the most important for me because of needing the service in rural areas of southern Iowa due to job travel. There was not one moment that she was "high pressure" in my many visits to ask more questions, she always greeted me with a smile and was ready to explain & answer. If sales is not a career choice of hers, she should consider it, as she has a real skill set that would definitely lead her to success.
